The Smart HOP photo app allows users to create a new site and select the type of Hand Over Pack (HOP) they wish to complete.The app then prompts the user for all the photos required via the camera or gallery.
If a photo is not applicable then the user can enter a reason that it is not required.When all the photos have been taken the app uploads the images to a server.
These are then retrieved and embedded into the client’s Hand Over Pack.
The subsequent template is returned to the user.The app can be tailored to any spreadsheet style Hand Over Pack.
If a client revised a template, then this revision can be distributed with immediate effect for any new sites created thereafter.
